To book a viewing, simply show your interest on our home page form or if you have found a property you like register your interest by clicking the ‘book a viewing’ tab on the right hand side. Alternatively email us on info@stocktonstudents.co.uk or call our office on 03301 359 065. We prefer to give our current tenants at least 24 hours notice of a planned viewing and often during busy times, many of our houses are pre-booked meaning we can show you round without delay. We prefer to show your full group around the properties in one go as this causes the least amount of disruption to our current tenants.

We do offer viewings on a Saturday during busier periods of the year and find these appointments to be extremely popular.

Whilst we hope to meet everyone’s requirements and can often show you a selection of properties immediately, please call in advance to book your appointment if Saturdays are the only days you are free in order to avoid disappointment.
