Senior Sales Agent

Jordan is all about helping students find the perfect place to call home. From your first enquiry to getting the keys in your hand, he’s there to guide you every step of the way.

Whether you have questions about the properties or need advice on the best area to live, Jordan is always ready to help make your transition to student living as seamless and straightforward as it can be.

Lloyd
Operations Manager

Lloyd is responsible for keeping everything running smoothly at Stockton Students. Whether it’s managing the day-to-day tasks or ensuring everything stays on track, he’s always there to make sure things are in order.

With his hands-on approach, Lloyd takes care of the details so students can settle in and enjoy their university life without any unnecessary stress.

Luis
Development Manager

Luis has been working in the construction industry for over 20 years,  bringing a wealth of experience to his role as Development Manager.

From the early stages of planning to the final touches of construction, Luis oversees every aspect of property development. Whether it’s a new project or ongoing improvements, Luis is the one making sure everything is up to scratch.

Lisa
Lettings Manager

With over three years of experience at Stockton Students, Lisa is in charge in onboarding our students, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

From managing day-to-day tasks to handling all the details of student lettings, Lisa ensures that every aspect of property management is taken care of with precision and care.  

Steve
Facilities Manager

Steve is the one making sure everything stays safe, secure and well maintained around our properties.

With over 30 years of experience in the industry and originally a qualified plumber, he brings a wealth of expertise to his role. He’s always busy ensuring that our buildings are in top shape, tackling everything from safety and compliance

Lee
Maintenance Technician

You’ll likely see Lee around the properties, always on hand to keep everything in good working order. Whether it’s fixing something on the spot or making sure the buildings are well maintained for the long run.

He’s quick to respond to any issues that pop up, ensuring students’ needs are taken care of efficiently so they can focus on enjoying their time at university.

Health Coach

Ollie is dedicated to supporting students' wellbeing through our Thrive Programme, ensuring they have the guidance they need to stay healthy both physically and mentally.
