I've given 5 stars because they've earnt it. My sons flat is in the city centre. It's very modern, clean, extremely well maintained and whenever there's an issue it's sorted out quickly and effectively. Broken door handle? Man there to mend it within an hour or so. Tv aerial not working? Man there to fix it same day. They're excellent landlords and I can also confirm that they're decent people that go above and beyond because I had incorrectly bought a TV licence for my son (better safe than sorry right.) Except there's only one tv in the flat. It comes as part of the accommodation and stockton students have the tv licence for that. so i dont need a seperate tv licence for my son as he doesnt have a tv in his room. My son and I spent 10 weeks trying to get a refund off the TV licence people. It was a horrible process and we went round in circles.  In desperation I went to Stockton Students for help and Luis got involved. He quickly managed to give the tv licence people the info they wanted and l got my refund back within a week.  Stockton students and Luis didn't need to help me. I mean i'm nothing to do with them. I'm just a mum of a kid thats renting from them. It was 100% my mistake. But Luis helped me anyway.
